Space Jam 2: A New Legacy’s trailer divides the fans
After Michael Jordan appeared in Space Jam back in 1996, the new trailer for Space Jam: A New Legacy was released, and one thing didn’t work out straight with the audience. What went wrong? Let us get into it.
Space Jam is a live-action and animated comedy movie that was first released in 1996. In the movie, the famous basketball star Michael Jordan appeared as himself, with a bunch of Looney Tunes characters. But as of 2021, the sequel to that movie has been developed and this time, we get to see another basketball star LeBron James playing himself. Although the trailer has been received well, one thing really didn’t go right.
ESPN released a video called “The Bunny & The GOAT”, where we got to see Zendaya as Lola Bunny for the first time. Although she didn’t speak much in the video, people did feel that Zendaya’s voice didn’t go well with the character.
In the first movie, Kath Soucie voiced the character of Lola Bunny, while in the new movie Zendaya voices her.
And people didn’t take this well and Zendaya’s voice acting has been criticized a lot.
